Sounds like a "Good 'ol Boys Club" to me. Somebody is making a lot of bucks. The stink trail probably goes from a local "contributor" and into to the pocket of the implementor of the policy (or somebody that is useing that person as a Stooge). Anybody know the name and address of the Congress Person? I assume that this is a State school aided by tax dollars not intended for support of extortion of moneys into private or commercial pockets.
