That would be a true G4, but remember that your system bus, where most
information has to go between the memory and processor, would still run at
66MHz, so that would clearly be a bottleneck. You still stay with the same
video card, which has only 4 MB of VRAM. So, a true G4 yes, but certainly
not the performance you would expect from a G4 Titanium...
