Well, maybe when/if I have the dough to spend on Jag, it will work better.
As it is, I downloaded and installed the 5.0.4 update, and it made no
difference - still slow as molasses, as we say here in the south. ;) I guess
for now I'll just boot into 9 when I need to use VPC.
