I got the same thing at www.livewarehouse.com for $10.99 plus about $5
shipping.  It works great.  I have used it with OS 9, Win XP and 2000 with
compact flash, smart media, Toshiba 2 GB PC Card and an IBM microdrive.  I
had several orders with them with no problems.  The one order I had with
TigerDirect was horrible.
