Since I have a cable connection that's on all the time, I'm thinking of turning on web sharing and using the Sites folder for a web site. Is there any way to monitor the access to the folder? See who views it, for how long etc. I don't see anything in 10.2 utilities that seems to do that. I wonder if that's part of the Apache software?
