You are not supposed to remove the 2 screws on the heatsink (located near your Ram slot on the top of your processor card). You are supposed to remove the single screw on the Heat exchanger (follow that arm away from the Processor card to the left and find it) and then lift the processor and heat sink out all as one unit. If you loosened those screws and they are not coming out, it is because the Thermal Transfer pad and Thermal Grease are holding it there. Screw them back in NOW!
