Peter, playing with the presentation on the PB just now, I _finally_ understood your answer (just now noticed the change in resolution when going between edit mode and presentation mode). I'm sure that's the key: It's just a matter of finding the resolution that will project the presentation (even if it will not project the desktop, application, etc.)
