Not sure about the specific specs for the iBook regarding the height of a hard drive, but I think I saw a new drive from IBM that has 60 GB of storage, if you're not too concerned about money. If you are, then there are 20 GB for less than $100 and $30 for a little bit more than $100. I personally have a 20 GB in my Pismo and I still have plenty of storage.
