Personally I couldn't be without the scroll wheel now. I never got used to using the Control key for right clicking anyway. Although this mouse is small, imo it also looks ugly and if your hand is covering it anyway, who cares what it looks like? I have a Contour MiniPro Mouse that is handy for out and about but has no scroll wheel but does come in a handy case. Otherwise I use a Kensington Pocket Mouse for in-house use. Both are cheaper than the above. You could also look at the Swann UniGlo or MacAlly MiniOptic Mouse.
