I asked a question on this list about 2 months ago regarding repairing/replacing worn hinges on a Wallstreet. The suggestion to go to pbparts.com came in immediately. The resulting work was completed but the machine wouldn't boot up after shipping back. I spoke directly with John who talked me through opening the laptop up and reseating the processer. He was great and I am very pleased with their work. I appreciate the depth of experience and knowhow shared on this list. And I really appreciated the specialist who didn't treat me like an idiot -- not all of us open up our powerbooks comfortably!
