Restart the computer and immediately after the startup sound, press and hold the key combination Command-Option-O-F. Release the keys when you see "Welcome to Open Firmware." At the prompt, type: eject cd. Press Return, then wait. The drive should eject any disc that is inside the mechanism. You¹ll see ³ok² when it is done then type ³mac-boot² and hit return.
