There is a program called Arnold's MIDI Player (was playing around with 
it last night from a ZipDisk backup), which shows the keys for each MIDI 
instrument used (even though the keyboard is fairly small). Do a search 
(maybe on the MIT Hypersearch in their Info-Mac mirror) for Arnold's MIDI 
Player, and it should show up. I believe it's either freeware or 
shareware.
