I was thinking of the jury selection I face this month, not the trial.

I've only gotten as far as jury selection in my experience so far, 
and it mostly involves sitting in a room doing nothing.

All morning the lawyers confer, then after lunch prospective jurors 
(dozens of them) are called into a room one by one (stretching 
through the whole afternoon) for the voir dire, where they decide if 
they want you.
