Hello to everyone,
This is only a notice for those who had or will have problems with the ethernet. I was in trouble with my iBook's networkadapter the last four weeks. Now the error is fixed. The Cisco VPN Client 3.7.2 and 3.7.3 makes large difficulties with the network. Switching from one Location to an other is only possible if you restart your Mac, when you turn your Mac sleeping, after waking up you can't establish any network connection and so on.... The solution for this problem is to uninstall the Cisco VPN Client 3.7.2 or 3.7.3 and install the older version 3.7.0 . Hope this will help some users. greetings carsten -- ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---------- Carsten Marx University of Constance - Information Engineering eMail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED] mobil: 0172-7408185 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ ---------- -- G-Books is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
