I had this problem way back with my Lombard G3. I ended up getting an Intercooloer from Macimports.com. It's worked well for me on every USB equipped laptop since. Basically, it's a USB powered fan built into a nice angled platform. I've still got it and I use it when the TiBook gets warm. It was pretty expensive back then, but the price may have come down. I think they're imported from Japan.
