No, I don't think so. There are way too many components that are not the same. For one thing, even though your screen is the same size than the one on a Pismo, I believe that the video cable between the screen and the mobo is not the same. Same goes for the PC card cage, which is a double one on the Wallstreet, but a single slot on the Pismo. The keyboard also has a different cable to plug it on the motherboard.
