What program will allow me to edit PDF files, or so I have to edit the original and then convert it to PDF each time?
I don't know of any free or low cost, but Acrobat will do it just fine (not Acrobat Reader) and Photoshop 7 will also allow you to edit single paged files IIRC but niether of these programs are free (Photoshop 7 is $400-600 and Acrobat is $500 I believe).
