Subject: MacWireless announces Airport buy-back program

Why did I see anyone else post this?

Taken from <http://www.macwireless.com/html/about/news.html#AIRPORT_BUYBACK>

"MacWireless announces AirPort card trade-in program!"
Since MacWireless PC Card with it's 100 milliwatt power output has
substantially better range than the Apple AirPort card in a PowerBook
Titanium, and there is no reason to have two wireless ports, by
offering this buyback program, MacWireless reduces the overall cost
of a wireless network connection for a PowerBook Titanium.

$79 to buy the original AirPort card plus $90 to buy the MacWireless card less the $30 rebate comes out to $139. I don't see how that "reduces the overall cost of a wireless network connection". Plus then you give up your PC Card slot.
