I've cleaned out about half 4-4.5 gigs of my Pismo hard-drive, getting ready to finally go Jaguar. However, it's really fragmented -- in fact, so fragmented that Norton Utilities gives up soon after I launch it. I've never had that happen before. Is this nature's way of telling me that I need to back up everything and completely reformat my hard drive? I know that's the morally-pure thing to do, but I'm always looking for a quick way out.... ---David Stephenson
