Actually they don't work with the OSX driver but they work quite well with the OS9 drivers .. i use the free sourceforge driver (http://wirelessdriver.sourceforge.net/) they also have a list of supported cards and their driver is free. I use a silver card with a linksys router, but I've also used this with a regular old airport base station with no problems. (in fact the inside of the first generation airport BS's where a silver card :-) )
