If by this you mean marking the priority of messages, no, though this is rumored to be fixed in 10.3. For the moment, create folders named VIP, Lesser VIP, etc, and file the messages there.

Is there somethignprevnting you from simply re-formatting your Pismo and re-installing 9.2? The disks should be with the Pismo.
