I've seen close to 200 messages with the virus or returns because of the virus show up in my mailbox in the last 24 hours. Yes, we will "see" it in the mac world. Luckily, we on the mac can just delete these without much worry, but we ALL suffer from the results. My traffic doubled. Imagine what that will do to major servers, big companies, etc.
