Lombard upgrade

I inherited a G3 PowerBook G3 with a cracked screen and a dead battery. 
I've already replaced the screen with an eBay purchase (good as new) 
and now am looking to do a series of upgrades. I'm about to place an 
order for a new battery, more RAM, a 20GB HD, and a firewire card from 
Otherworld Computing. Before I do I was wondering if anybody had used 
them and what their experience had been.
