It should work, but it depends on the height of the hard disk in
millimeters. I'm pretty sure that the iBook will not accept all hard disks
that can fit in a Wallstreet. For example, hard disks that are 17mm thick
won't probably fit in a iBook. So, that's what you have to find out. How
thick is your 10 GB hard drive and depending on your model of iBook, what
height it can accept.
