PowerBook PRAM battery rebuild

I am looking to rebuilding the PRAM batteries in several PowerBooks. 
Does anyone know part numbers (or replacement part numbers) and 
quantity of cells are required for PRAM batteries in the following 
models:

Wallstreet
Kanga
540
5300
Duo 2300
Due 280c
