Okay, I'm venturing out on a challenging project of
assembling a Pismo almost from scratch (I got a bunch
of parts cheaply). I don't know how it's going to turn
out, but it will be interesting. I haven't assembled a
laptop before, but, I've been doing pretty well just
using the exploded view from the back of the service
manual. Anyhow, I'll probably be asking more questions
as the project progresses, but here are the first
few...

1) How many screws hold together the bottom half? I
have, I think, 24 that came with the parts, but I'm
not sure if that's enough...

2) Will my 45w PB 1400 adapter (M4402) work with this
computer? (Apple website says M4402 works with
Wallstreet and Lombard, so I can't figure out why it
wouldn't work with Pismo. Maybe one of y'all knows.)

3) Wish me luck...and if there's anyone in the Dallas
area who wants to volunteer to help me assemble
this...

Thanks for your help.
