You should also have a record of it in your original purchase receipt/bill of sale/etc. See if you can get that document from the seller... If not, then who knows. Maybe it's stolen, maybe it's not...
Sayinjg that this Wallstreet is second hand is probably a bit of an understatement, more like 6th hand or something judging by the dents, cracks, loose bits, missing bits etc.
I doubt it's stolen, it was just cheap because it was a bit worse for wears, that's all.
