Okay, I was about to answer this with a sarcastic remark about how Apple's site had an error... but I decided not to after I wrote it up and it sounded a little too offensive.

But Apple's database is wrong about the 333... The Lombard never got a second PC Card slot. There wasn't the room for a second external slot in the lower case. The Pismo got a second INTERNAL slot for airport, which is possible in the form factor. The Wallstreet had 2 external slots, but was also a fair bit heavier and thicker than the Lombard/Pismo form factor.

How do I know? Well, I have a 333 Lombard that I own and know the guts of the thing well enough to assemble them from scrap parts.

Well, according to the Apple site, you're both right.

Lombard G3 333 has 2 type II PC Card slots.
Lombard G3 400 has 1 type II PC Card slot.

Not the one I'm typing this on...sorry.
