Re: hard drive for lombard

Check xlr8yourmac.com for the Pismo HD install instructions. Those are 
very accurate with the Lombard with a single exception: the CPU card 
does not hover over the connecter on the logic board. When I recently 
installed a 40GB Hitachi Travelstar, I accidentally pulled that cable 
loose and had to reconnect it 5 days later and reinstall everything. So 
make sure that cable is seated properly after following those install 
instructions.

I personally like the Hitachi drives, and they are very quiet. At 
normal viewing distance, the keyboard is louder.
