I have two spare fans that I bought off ebay when I was diagnosing my processor troubles (turned out the other chip (not the G3) on the daughtercard had a problem and Apple replaced it with a better version). I believe one fan was from a Lombard and the other was from a Pismo but they look identical. In an attempt to replace the existing fan, I found that it is only held in by the ever-so-strong 3M double-sided tape adhesive. It can be removed if you try but I never ended up doing it. My fan was fine - it only comes on under extreme situations and those have been VERY few and far between. These fans have never been used since I got them.

I would be happy to sell you one for the price I paid - $10 including shipping. Off-list contact - [EMAIL PROTECTED]
