Email em, I have had to email the iTunes Music Store support with questions as have some friends of mine, all of us have received prompt responses that did answer our questions. Email em and see if they are slacking or keeping up the good work.

i thought of that. One machine is set to Indianapolis, the other doesn't show Indy, so I have it set to Cleveland, since we are on Eastern time here now.
