The 10GB in the Pismo is 4200rpm because that is the only speed Apple shipped in them. Unless you replaced it at some point. I believe the drives in all G3 iMacs were 5400rpm but I could be wrong on that point. MacTracker notes drive speeds on main models, you might try there.
