I seem to get my boot partition pretty ragged just as quickly in OS9.1 - mostly because I've been downloading lots lately to a folder within it. I like to run Diskwarrior and PlusOptimiser (they still come bundled together?) at least once a month. Never had a disk go down in the years since I've done that, except for mechanical failure of a bad drive. Best Regards, David Thrower __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
