I can vouch for the Capsure, but it will only import analog video.  It 
doesn't digitize it.  Your best bet is to use something like the ADS 
Pyro Pro (which will digitize your analog video and import and export 
in multiple ways) and you could import via firewire PC card (which I 
think would be fastest way to transfer video to the hard drive). I 
don't know of any PC card that will import and digitize at the same 
time.  There are some digital video cameras that allow you to run 
analog video into them and they digitize it for you.  Some of those 
export in USB as well as Firewire.
