I'm wondering if anyone has used this cardbus adapter (or a similar pcmcia card adaptor) in their powerbook to get USB 2.0. This model cb-1080 offers a 3-port USB 2.0 (backward compliant to USB 1.1), and would give me a use for the pcmcia slot in my powerbook. <www.triumphtech.com/@PRDCT/CB1080.htm>
I'm guessing that OS X 10.3.x would be required in order to get the driver, since I think we didn't have USB 2 in Macintosh until about then. But the manufacturer does show icons of Macintosh and OS X along with the product on that website, so it must work at some level. Anyone think it'd work on a Pismo under Panther?
