According to Apple these are the  requirements to Run Garage Band:
G3, G4 or G5 processor (600MHz G3) or faster for Garage Band and G4 or 
faster require for Garage Band Instruments.

Does anybody know if it will run on a Pismo 400? (768 MB)

I only want to do general audio recording; meetings etc. It would save 
me having to boot back to 9 for Micnotepad if it will work, and would 
help justify iLife 04 (other reason being speedy iPhoto)
