Any clues/ Experience with this one? My wallstreet won't shutdown. When shutdown is selected, it restarts instead; battery or AC adapter has no effect. I thought perhaps the on/off switch was stuck in a depressed position, but that doesn't seem to be the case, the key moves freely and apparently full range of movement...
I have to either (or both) unplug the AC adapter/ pull the battery to get it to shutdown. Furthermore, when battery or adapter are reinserted, it starts up immediately. No other problems, though, it works fine. Of course, unless I time the yanking of the power supply at the right moment, I get that annoying "Did not shut down properly" dialog box, and it tries to run disk first aid.... Any experience with this would be appreciated. Sid B -- G-Books is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
