Unless you can use a synchronization tool that works at the file level (i.e. it can synchronize the content of a given file format), then you're quickly developing problems to keep key files in sync if you need to use a file system level synchronization tool. Most tools will want to keep one file or the other.
Versiontracker throws up a few different options with mixed feedback. Any suggestions on good tools?
