No; because the Pismo will access PC133 memory as if it were PC100 memory.

The only performance-related memory parameter that makes any difference
is the CAS Latency (CL).  CL=2 memory is slightly faster than CL=3 memory,
but the effect is very small.  Sometimes, memory will have a faster CL
rating at a lower speed.  That is, PC133 may operate at CL=3 at 133 MHz
and at CL=2 at 100 MHz.
