I accept your apology, but you broach your olive branch with more insult: "...bashing the ibooks without any meaningful criticism..." You are incorrect regarding what my posts were about in 3 ways: 1.) Humor. Proof: I have many replies offlist thanking me for good laughs. I enjoy laughs. I enjoy when others laugh. 2.) There was not a lack of "meaningful" criticism. Over several posts, there were plenty of citations of hands on experience and evidence, references to the raging complaints on Apple's own message boards, and references to Apple's own admission of problems. What more do you need? 3.) I always couched my opinions with a specific help to the posters with iBook problems, ie: "You have a lemon, but here's how to appoach your issue..." That you ignore and discount these facts compells me to infer that mere opinion is more important to you than meaningful criticism.
