an AirPort Extreme base station but now, you seem to imply that your
I guess here is the mixup - I use Airport Extreme Card in my machine. I do not have Airport Extreme base station in my house.
If so, that might be
the difference, as my base station merely acts as a wireless gateway, it
doesn't distribute IP addresses and it connects to a regular Linksys cable
modem/dsl router which is connected to the DSL modem...
I see. That is different setup than mine. Sorry for confusion.
