List mail bouncing message

[Bill Briggs]

I'm getting mail from the list server indicating that mail to my 
address is bouncing. Anyone else getting this? Mail comes to me just 
fine. My ISP is being run by management as the normal work force is 
out on strike, but apart from that there's noting unusual going on.
