that is a great deal.  $400 is a lot, but I suspect few pay the whole

no problems in my usage.  I never used the old version, but Project manager 
is cool (link emails, contacts and files to a project).  Notebook view is 
also a nice feature, giving tabs to different parts of a document.  Oh and 
voice memos in documents.  Very cool.
