I have a 17" apple Multiscan monitor with the apple-style two-row plug, that I'd love to hook up to my ibook, but I'm not sure it's possible. The little video out cable that came with the ibook connects to a VGA monitor--is there an adapter I could use to switch it to apple two-row? Has anybody tried anything like this and what kind of results have you had?

peace, love, and joy,

Samantha

I know that welovemacs.com used to offer two different adapters for this but I think they were in the $40+ range. I have seen ATI adapeters on eBay for under $5 that are supposed to do the same thing.
