Hello all,

I have pretty much given up with this email client from Apple. I have no idea how to send an HTML formatted email that WORKS. Everytime I've tried, the receiver gets the email in plain text. . .seeing all the HTML tags. Now in Yahoo, you used to be able to simply click on a check box that allowed HTML tags AND there was the precious little button that allowed the user to PREVIEW their email before sending it. Anyone who uses Mail on a regular basis like me and might know PLEASE throw me a bone!! Thank you,

Well Mail.app only allows plain text or 'Rich Text' formatting. Rich text sends the message as an HTML attachment, so if you've tried that, you've exhausted the possibilities.

If so, might I suggest Thunderbird <http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/> as an alternative mail client...

Thanks, I downloaded Thunderbird. . .don't like it enough to use as my default email client, but I'm gonna use it to write in HTML until Apple wakes up and adds the feature in Mail.
