Slightly OT: In Photoshop there is/was a keyboard shortcut to feather a selection: Command+option+D. Prior to going to OS 10.3 this worked. Now (10.3.4) it always pops up the Dock (which I normally have hidden) even though PS is the active application, rather than the Finder. Anyone know how to circumvent this? On a PB, keyboard shortcuts are so useful!

Go into the Keyboard Shortcuts preference pane and uncheck that one.
