Don't worry. The problem is because there are PDFs wich are property of Apple so they aren't Free. There are Apple Services wich asks $400 for a DVD Drive which only costs $70 on a Panasonic Store (the Same Matsushita Drive). You shouldn't be your own Service. Business are business.
