I'd drink to that Harry. I love my Pismo 400 for same reasons but its starting to get a bit slow.
I tried the 15" PB a few days ago and hated the heat in the palm rests - from the hard drive I was told.
I live in the tropics and don't like to use the a/c - but would be nearly forced to with the 15" heat.
Is this the experience of 15" owners?

P.S. I wish Apple would bring out an updated (hot G4/G5 ...) version of the Pismo ... it is such a nice laptop to work on ... the more rounded (and warmer) plastic shape is a delight (sounds dubious huh?) to work on ... maybe a carbon fibre version? Carbonated Pismo! 8-)
