It's possible to get around their lack of Mac support...if you are savvy enough to work your way through any difficulties. But the Linksys products have a terrible reputation quality wise -- especially their routers -- in my local User's Group. I personally wouldn't buy one of their products. If you want a good 3rd-party router from a good reputable company, I recommend the Buffalo Base Station, which also bridges a wireless and wired network. No special configuration necessary. I believe the Buffalo BS still has a print server feature (if you happen to have a supported printer). However, IIRC it does not support dial-up, which is not important if you use broadband.
