Have you checked the "Startup Items" folder in the System Folder used by
Classic? I would imagine that there is an alias to the Launcher there but
for some reason, it lost track of the original Launcher, thus it complains
that it can't find it. I doubt that Onyx has anything to do with it. I used
Onyx myself a few times and its purpose is for the maintenance of OS X. I've
seen nothing relating to OS 9 or Classic in it...
